Brunch & Burger at Perla - follow up

Already did Perla brunch but here's an update on one of my current favorite restaurants. They often change their menu so it's not the same dishes. Warning though, it's probably not a healthy brunch but whatever, it's delicious. If you show up early, as in just when they open, there will be no problem getting a table.

This one is PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA WITH RICOTTA, SCRAMBLED EGGS & FETT'UATA. It looks hearty but actually was fairly light, if you pass on the bread. Eggs were wonderfully fluffy. Thinly sliced prosciutto added needed saltines to pure eggs and ricotta.

Now for the other order, a BURGER! Full of flavor and definitely the right choice. Meat was juicy and and fresh, covered by melted Caciocavallo cheese and oven dried tomatoes. Only thing I though was missing was the sharpness. Perhaps a different, more flavorful cheese. Apparently they vary the cheese so maybe another time another cheese. Obviously the shoestring fries were all gone withing minutes. Can't resist.
Go, order, and enjoy!
