Burger Week, Monday - L'Apicio Burger

In honor of Burger Week here's Monday's L'Apicio Burger.
It's available just this week but if it get good feedback they will add it to their lunch and brunch menu. I really liked this burger and would definitely like to see it on the menu permanently.


Deliciously juicy burger. Three different kind of meat, short rib, chuck and sirloin, give it a great texture. Shallots add a wonderful crunch and Dijonnaise sauce is a great flavor kick. Melted Fontina cheese is just amazing and traditional sesame bun is excellent. This is a staple American burger. Very well done. The fries leave little bit to be desired but its a work in progress.
